Wine tasting in Altus, Arkansas

Altus is the self proclaimed wine capital of Arkansas, which tells us
quite a bit about this cute little city. So wine tasting we went. We
stopped at
Wiederkerh Wine Cellar, a winery and restanrant owned by Swiss-German
folks. Really cute place tucked between the beautiful trees and
rolling hills of Arkansas.

The tasting offered many grape varietals. We sampled Riesling,
Sauvignon blanc, sparkling wine, Pinot noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, cab
franc, and blends named burgundy and Beau Noir. If wine was good in
Arkansas, you would know by now, so I will not expand more on it, my
stomCh still hates me...

Mon estomac
est encore noue....

Taos, New Mexico

We made it! from Colorado Springs. We're passed the 3500 miles since SF.
In this dark alley is the oldest building of Taos... but also the only
foooood at this hour.

The best coffee in the West, Trinidad CO

Trinidad is a very cute town, which boomed in the late 1890s, with the
coal industry. It's a town of the far-west, with a very cute coffee
shop (actually, the only 1 coffee shop open beside Star..). They sold
us delicious instant coffee and tea, with a magic mushroom from China
infused in it, which can cure, among other things, cancer, diabetes,
blood pressure and allergies. And it works, as the owner and the dvd
that was playing in the background informed us. Interesting!!!

Garden Of The Gods - Colorado Springs, Colorado
